I was reading Ivan Tan's blog, the most hip teen in Teenstreet, he written in his new post that he just got a new set of hair tattoo, with his name I-V-A-N on his hairs. Ha ha.....pretty cool and funky!! I was wondering what is hair tattoo? Never heard of this thingy! So I google it and found some stuff......pretty interesting to see how arts taking forms in these younger one now a day eh....... ha ha!!
