My Dinner (Part 4)

Eggs festival... great for finger food! Enjoy!

"Egg-licious Platter"

Ingredient:
4 Chicken Eggs
4 Salted Eggs
Some Mayonaise
Some Finely Chopped Parsley
Some Black Sesame
Bowl of water
Some Vinegar
Some Salt

1. Boiled the water in the pot, mixed some Vinegar and Salt, the mixture will sealed the eggs from breaking when boiling.
2. Hard-boiled all the eggs, pealed the shell, cut the eggs into small boat size, arrange it nicely in a plate.
3. Squeeze the Mayonaise lightly on the chicken eggs only and sprinkle the Parsley and Black Sesame on the top.
4. Lid a tealight candle in the center to delights the diners.
